Merry Christmas everyone. Hope that you are all having a fantastic day so far. Hope that Santa brought you everything that you were looking for and that you are just having the most amazing Christmas ever. I'm actually recording this on Christmas Eve. It's about 4.13 in the morning right now and I am a little tired, a little congested, a ton of shit on my to-do list, but I'm very happy that it is Christmas Eve and very excited for tomorrow, for Christmas. My kids are...
Definitely ecstatic right now. They are so looking forward to this holiday and They got the presence underneath the tree Santa comes tonight It's a great time of year and we are definitely very excited and it's been a rough year It's definitely been a hard year. I think I've talked about it in a previous episode This has been one of the harder years on Record for us. We've gone through a lot of things, but there are some positive news coming into the new year We have some
some really good things on tap and I'm really excited for 2025 and just life in general. have been really rough, but at the same time, life is absolutely amazing. I love my kids, love my family, and it just seems that things always tend to work out. If you have faith, if you work hard and you kind of move forward. So I'm definitely excited.
I wanted to get something out today. This is going to be an extremely short episode because I just have so much to do, so much on my to do list and I'm sure that you can relate to that because this time of year is super busy, especially if you've got kids or if you've got family coming into town. I just wanted to come on here and wish you, your family, everyone a very Merry Christmas, a very happy holiday, whatever holiday that you celebrate during this time of year.
whether it's Christmas or Hanukkah or Kwanzaa. Just really hope that you get to spend that time with your family. Sit down, enjoy it. This season doesn't last forever. It's not here always. Try to make it as special as you possibly can. And yeah, I really, really do hope that for you and your family. A few things that I wanted to just dive into. Some lighthearted stuff here.
was going to go over a couple of Christmas movies that I think that you absolutely need to watch during Christmas. There's a very long list of good Christmas movies. We talked about how Thanksgiving is a holiday and Christmas is a season. Yeah, I mean, you need an entire season just to get through all of the good Christmas movies that there are. That being said, just a few of the really good ones that should be on your list at the top of this. I'm going to go Muppet Christmas Carol.
That is me and my wife's favorite Christmas movie. absolutely love it. I think it's the best rendition of Dickens' Christmas Carol. The Muppets do great. Kermit got Michael Caine in it. Miss Piggy. Gonzo plays Charles Dickens and narrates the whole thing. It's a great movie. Super funny. Lots of great songs in it. If you haven't seen it, I definitely recommend that.
another kind of newer movie that I think that should be definitely on the list for you or if you got kids or if you don't, but it's a Netflix movie. I'm usually not big on like a lot of the newer movies, but Klaus came out, I think three, three years ago on Netflix. Good animated movie. Really enjoyed it. Funny. Good message behind it. I really like.
that movie and it's become one of my favorite ones. I like to watch that one quite a bit and we watched that earlier on in the season. But my kids, my kids like it and yeah, it's a good one. I definitely suggest you guys throwing that in the mix and then I'm just going to kind of spit fire here. A few of the other ones that should be in there, obviously Home Alone, The Santa Claus, It's a Wonderful Life, White Christmas.
A few of the older ones you might not know is, you know, Christmas in Connecticut. It happened on Fifth Avenue.
Was it my wife likes mixed nuts? There's I mean, there's just a lot in there. Miracle on 34th Street. There's so many Christmas movies out there. Just you basically have to do one movie every single night after Thanksgiving in order to fit them all in. And as we've gotten older and as we've had kids, we just don't have the time for that. We've gotten through more this year just because the kids are a little bit older and they're able to sit down and watch some of the movies. So yeah.
I highly suggest all those movies that I just briefly went over.
And yeah, this is just going to be a quick one. I don't really have a ton to go over. I've just got some, yes, there's so many other things going through my mind right now on the stuff that I need to get done and the things that are still on my to do list. And, this was just really to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I hope that you have a great day. Hope that you have a happy new year as well. I'm not going to be putting anything out next week. We've got kids aren't in school and, families in town is just,
I'm a lot busier than I thought I was going to be when I'm like, yeah, there's going to be new episode coming out on Christmas. If I could go back, I would have probably just said like, yep, no, I'll see you all next year because I'm not going to have any time whatsoever. that is that is going to do it for this episode. Just a short, real quick Merry Christmas to you, to your family. Happy New Year. Be safe. Have a great time. Enjoy it.
Be in the moment, be with your family, take that time off, do what you need to do to recharge the batteries and jump into 2025 ready to really just be the best that you can possibly be. Have a great life. Yeah, and make it the best you can. That's going to do it for today. Again, a very Merry Christmas to you and yours.
